In order to guarantee the production of top class products, the quality management system (QMS) described in the THEN quality management manual was developed. This applies to r&d, production, pre-assembly, dispatch, final assembly and maintenance of product in-house and at customer plants and is employed during every contract. All the employees involved in quality assurance activities are trained in line with requirements and urged to ensure the careful application of the determined regulations and the further development of QMS.
In line with DIN EN ISO 9001, a quality representative has been appointed by the executive management, who monitors adherence to QMS and if required, pushes through the related stipulations.
