The THEN-COMAT® HRL is an economic HT-dyeing system of vertical design for all yarn make-ups. The dyeing capacity ranges from 50-2,500 kg with the same liquor ratio.
Flexible
The THEN-COMAT® HRL is suitable for cross-wound bobbins, warp beams, yarn hanks, loose stock and combed top. The machine is operated with an air cushion, but can also be equipped with full flooding.
Reproducible
The Dynamic Quality Control (DQC) control module is based on online-calculated, current throughflow volumes with simultaneous differential pressure limitation. This offers perfect transfer from the laboratory to production and maximum reproducibility from batch to batch, even in the case of differing loads.
